The manager of the database cannot communicate with the Client without the Client's consent, nor can he inform him about the tasks necessary for the realization of the sale or rental of real estate. The manager of the personal data database guarantees that, for the purpose of protecting personal data, it provides all the necessary technical and other measures that are necessary for the processing of personal data to be secure and in accordance with the current Personal Data Protection Act.
